Poor performance 1999 GTX Limited

Used up 2/3 tank of gas yesterday. It pregressively ran worse and worse. By the end of the day could barely get it to plane out. This morning I noticed it had used barely any oil.
Tested compression: 75/110

Could a bad oil injector cause this?
Is it time to rebuild?

yup, or clogged oil fittings, at manifold or clogged oil filter
