Challenger 1996 787 single engine , what about the big washers that are supposed to be between the pump and the hull , I have only one book calls for 2 and I don’t know the position please help

When you align your engine, most of the alignment is in the hull with shims under the engine, but occasionally, it helps to have one on the outside at the pump. If you didn't touch your engine alignment, try to see if there is an imprint on the transom where they used to be. If they're really thin, chances are it will not affect much anyway. I'd use a new Neoprene pump seal when reassembling.
