ive posted before about the winterization process and recieved help with step by step instructions....thanks to thoses who helped me out.

the problem i am having is im not sure what to take apart to do so,i am meaning the antifreeze part. it states to put antifreeze in exhaust and innercooler but still im soooooo new at this i dont know were to didconnect hoses there are so many. i just need info on were to disconnect so i can add the freeze and finally put the ski away......please take a few minutes and help me out...
being told to just disconnect the exhaust does nothing for me cause it runs all over the place.

Let's see if I can help you out.

If you have a supercharged Intercooled engine, you should have something like this.

The top hose connects the intercooler to the exhaust manifold.
  1. Pull both the top and bottom hoses coming out of the intercooler.
  2. Let all the water that is inside drain out.
  3. Once that is done, connect the bottom hose.
  4. Using another piece of hose you have laying around and a funnel, connect it to the top outlet from the intercooler.
  5. Pour ~200mL of non-dilluted (no water added) antifreeze into the intercooler through the tube you attached.
  6. Next, pour ~300mL of non-dilluted antifreeze into the exhaust manifold through the hose you detached from the top outlet coming out of the intercooler. (The hose that is suppose to be there)
  7. Remove your spare hose.
  8. Reconnect the top hose.
You do not have to run your engine during this procedure at all. It is assumed that you have flushed your exhaust prior to this with a hose.

I just went in to the garage and checked mine and they do not have one .The intake hose with the red tape goes straight in to the manifold and from the manifold in to the exhoust .Now how do I poor antifreeze in to the manifold? Thanks in advance for the response.I am sure you are already working on a diagram as you are the one that helped before

ah ha i got it

Do I even have to poor antifreeze in it
?

i had enough so i just got back from tearing it all apart, these are my findings.
there are 2 models for the 4-tech-sc,one with an innercooler and one without.my 2004 does not have the innercooler.my flush line goes straight into the exhaust mainfold.
now if you have an innercooler you need 2 disconnet those lines as showm in the diagrahm above because there will be water in there,so just follow the steps youll be fine.
now in my case with no innercooler the whole system(coolant)is a closed loop so just test your freeze level with a hydrometer...-36 should be perfect the same reading you should have in your car.
the secret is after flushing the pump, shut off water first then engine, then start it up for less then a minute and give it a couple of shots of throtttle to clear exaust manifold and thats it,if you disconnect the line at the exhaust temp sensor and look down in the can youll see a bit of water there...well i do in mine anyway.i see there being no issue.there might be a shot glass or 2 of water there.
i hope this helps cause ive been racking my brain over this one and all the info passed my way was for 2-stroke motors with all there antifreeze talk.

4 tech-sc seadoo's without the innercooler need no antifreeze added anywhere else except the closed loop system. just make sure your resevoir bottle is full to its level and check with a hydrometer to -36 well i have to im in canada.
