please help challenger wont crank after rebuiling jet pumps

this is the deal guys i rebuilt both jet pumps in my challenger twin 717 and replaced carbon seals all orings and etc.... now it wont turn over fast enough to crank take the plugs out and it turns over fine i checked to make sure impellers are turning freely and they are im at my wits end any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance .....?????????????

is the battery fully charger? you sure something isnt binding at the jetpumps?

Your pumps are probably bound. Take the pumps out, and make sure you didn't pinch the thrust washer.

i checked the pumps 3 diffrent times they spin fine offthe boat and on but havent checked the battery but im going to take it to the parts house today thanks anythig else it could be
