ok i ordered a carb rebuild kit. my ski has high performcance carbs thats why it uses a prime pump switch i guess. i replaced all the fuel lines. will have in water again this thursday. after these repairs i will be 100% stumped on what the problem is. i know the ski has been sitting for 2 years and had been started a few times a year and winterized.

I am now working on my other '95SPX. It had a bunch of oil in the cylinders. Blew it out by running starter with plugs out. Then put gas in cylinder and cranked it up. Seems to run OK now, after five minutes of blowing smoke. Gotta get new throttle and choke cables, then redo the fuel lines, etc. like you did. Best Regards.
