performance problem witha 2003 GTX supercharged

I have a 2003 GTX supercharged that I I feel is low on performance. Top speed is 60 MPH at 7000 RPM. I was told It should Tach out At 7800 RPM. Is this True?. It has a new solo impeller, wear ring and was just serviced and tuned up by a seadoo dealer

Pull the intake tube off the supercharger and see if the impeller will turn. how many hrs on it?

With the stock impeller it should even be faster...it sounds like it might have a Super Charger problem.

Like sportsterjoel says, pull the intake tube and see if the fan spins freely.
