Ok everyone, I'm in the process of blowing out a lot of parts for Doos. Some older, some newer. I have both used and new parts. I'll try to get a more detailed listing of the parts I have but until then, shoot me an e-mail (cooltoys@ec.rr.com) or PM me here.

Thanks, PWCdoc

nope just the jugs. my water jackets blew out and if need be i will just change my sleeves to the new jugs so they can be scored or rusted i will just swap sleeves. my pistons are fine and get 145 psi both jugs. but water pours into the hull from the blown out water jackets.

Nikko, I actually do have one brand new silver 787 cylinder.

ok..how much would be a used pair 787 cylinders that needs to be bored out?and just in case do you know of any shop near you that can do the re bore?ill be providing for the pistons.

Got to have the pistons in order to effect the proper machining. I can supply you with a complete setup...just bolt on a ride. Do you care if the jugs are black powder coat or white?

Make me an offer nikko.

FYI, there is no such thing as a drop on set of cylinders...unless you want to slap it together incorrectly. For all the work that'd be involved with swapping out your sleeves, then checking the piston/bore clearance you are better off just getting a good set of jugs that are one size smaller than your pistons then having a machine shop size the bores to your pistons.

ok maybe i dont know any better but why would i have to check my piston/bore clearance if im taking my existing sleeves and putting them in a different jug.they are already matched to my pistons right ???? please correct me if i am wrong i will not take any offence. im still learning here.

If the bore in the jug is slightly smaller or larger or anything else, then the sleeve may not be the exact same size when reinstalled. There are just too many variables and trust me...you would rather know ahead of time before you let the "engine" inform you that something is not right. Finding out "after" you put it back together will cost you more in the long run if/when it fails.

Hello,

Ok you got your payment last Saturday yet there is no sign of the parts being shipped. When will you ship it? Probably never. Doesn't respond to e-mails or return phone calls. I should have known better...lesson learned.

Ok Rob, we just spoke on the phone about you being in need of an additional part and I already told you that in light of me being busier than a one-legged man in a butt kicking contest I was including an oil pump in addition to the deflector cover "free of charge". And during our phone conversation you told me you needed a voltage regulator and I took the time away from watercraft in for repair (yes, I own and run a 4000 sq ft shop here in Wilmington, NC) and didn't find the one you needed. So I closed up the box and set it on the counter to be shipped out yesterday. The heat here was brutal and I sent my guys home so they would not pass out from the heat...today was no cooler.

Your number came up twice on my phone and I received no e-mails from you. Most likely because you utilize either AOL, Yahoo, Gmail or one of the other SPAM infested providers that are stripped out and never reach me. Then you post this here? Tell ya what, I am sending you a full refund and you can locate your parts elsewhere. Keep in mind they are discontinued and your search for a new part will be drawn out.

I will gladly edit my post, but the truth is that you do not respond to e-mails nor did you return call, nor did you ship it when you said you would. If you saw my number turn up twice then you should have callec back. My e,mail works fine like it did when you sent me messages.earlier. Truth is this is the only way to get a response from you. All it would have taken was an e-mail or returning one of my calls and this would have been avoided. This is the only recourse that I have and I already accepted the fact that I will most likely have to eat the $65. Oh well.

When I'm covered in oil/grease on both hands I don't grab the phone...I let calls go to VM then return as soon as possible. You left a message, we spoke, you needed more parts, asked if I got my CC reader set up so you could pay for additional items via CC...I answered that yes I was, then you proceeded to tell me the additional parts you needed. Why send out 2 or 3 different packages when all can be included in one? You mentioned nothing when I stopped what I was working on to look through my parts to find what you needed...not even a "thanks for looking anyway".

You will not be eating anything except more time to find your part elsewhere. Your refund, all be it unrequested, is coming your way. I'm not out to try and shaft anyone as you are implying. I have a tremendous amount of work to do and I apologize if the delay was not to your liking but you were partly the cause as well and if you continue your libelous posting, it'll cost you a lot more than $65.00.

And BTW, I can send e-mail to a blocked ISP but do not receive them due to the block I have on them.

Nothing more to say. That is an accurate description on how this transaction went. Sorry.
If you make things right by either refunding my money or sending the part, your choice, I will note that in this forum.

No refund or part yet, but even if he sent it it takes about a week with snail mail. If I do not hear from him within a week I will post his information so others do not make the same mistake that I did.

Just wondering about an update as I am looking for some more parts of the forum. A refund was on the way to you on the 22nd, and as of the 1st you have not received it? I know a few clicks on the computer is instant or my card reader takes 48 hours sometimes....
