Ok so after 1 week of working on the boat...I finally have it starting up without an issue...well only the right engine...the left one only clicks, but was working!!!...so I researched on the forum...

When I hit the button, i hear and feel the solenoid clicking...so i tested it and it read 12 volts...I tried jumping it and nothing happened but I saw sparks...so I ran to the boat store and picked up solenoid even though I'm unsure it's the problem...I replaced the old one and same thing...only clicks...now what?

Most likely the starter. Make sure the cables are tight and not corroded first.

If you jumped the solenoid, and the starter didn't spin... then it wasn't your solenoid... it's either loose/dirty connections, or the starter.

FYI... don't buy a eBay cheap starter. They SUCK!!!!! buy a brush kit for your factory starter, and rebuild it.
