Evil forces against me were defeated and I finally got the GTS onto the water!
The wife and I went to Chatfield State Park over the weekend to give it a try. The GTS ran like a champ! The darn thing is a LOT faster than I expected! Caught some air over a few waves (unexpectedly!) and took a good soaking in return! Chatfield is usually a zoo, but it was quieter than expected. Was a little rough/choppy on the northwest end, but this is fairly normal for Chatfield.
Prop was a little "clangy", but I expected this for a 13 year old ski. New prop in my future! (winter project!)
Needless to say, I am hooked and can't wait to go out again!
