hello,
I posted awhile ago about having excessive oil in the crankcase of my 1995 Sea Doo XP. I've pulled the motor, and it turns out that the magneto crankseal is leaking and now probably the inner seals too.
however, i volume tested the oil pumpt and it's putting out the same amount of oil as the manual specs when the lever is not engaged. I did not test it when the lever is fully engaged, but is it possible for the pump to be putting out far too much oil at "idle?"
I'm thinking about going to pre-mix when I get the engine back.
