oil line missing from spout at oil tank

I have a oil line missing from a tee connector that comes off the oil container that rests on the fuel tank. The tee has 2 lines, one to the back and one to the front (missing) and also have wires coming out of the tee. I can't find any random line that has fallen off and can't find a good diagram of where the front line goes to. I'm attaching a diagram at bike bandit to help tell which one I'm refering too.

You still have to click "engine and exhaust" then click "oil injection GTI" number 18 is the one I'm missing

It looks to me like it is for the vent for the tank. It goes to number 19 on the drawing which isn't listed in the parts description, but it looks like a check valve to allow air into the tank as oil is used. Wouldn't hurt to put a check valve on it to keep moisture out
