Oil filter

Can anyone reccomend a good filter? Also can I substitute a autozone/kragen automotive filter instead of buying one online for $22 shipped. From the looks of it its pretty much a straight plug in filter on my 93SP.

I saw a filter that looked dead on at the Marina last weekend. It was a part for a Johnson/Evenrude, which is also made by BRP, don't know if its the same or not, it was about 8.00. Ill get the part no. and see if it crosses????

Isnt it about the openings on each end and the flow rate? Length wise we have plenty of room.

Yes, what I'm trying to say is this may be the same part, if you can get it from a Johnson/Evenrude dealer it may be easier to get plus it will save you the freight. If it doesn't cross I wouldn't get it.
