Oil confusions

Differences between these two ?

Local guys are selling the snow version to people with watercraft. Assuming its thinner but really is there a difference and pros vs cons.

And why make the bottles look so similar!!!

Up here winter is twice as long as summer and I have a supplier that gives me a gallon of synthetic for $30 so I run Snowmobile oil in all my two strokes.

I used to have a line on getting a cheap gallon of the BRP XPS out of a bulk 55 gallon drum to run in my 97 GTX 787. The previous owner ran the BRP Sea-Doo XPS only and I swapped over to the snow version of the XPS without draining the tank or having any problems.

I think it's all marketing.

I have been using synthetic snowmobile oil in my race 800 cc LTD for years,,,

Synthetic oil is convenient because of its longevity.
