oil block off installation

I got a seadoo on trade, guy i got it from adv me that the guy he got it from had already installed the oil block off. my seadoo is running like pooh, no throttle response. appears that the oil block off may not be installed right. I was wondering if any one has directions, poss with pictures also, they can give me to make sure its installed right. the reason im thinking its not installed right is because im getting oil in my cylinders and it appears that there are two smaller hoses still hooked up possible pumping oil into
the cylinders. and its not two stroke oil that is being pumped into the cylinders, its just regular oil to keep the oil light off and to keep the rotary valve lubed.

The 2 other hoses are feeding the rotary valve gears. When the seals in the RV start to leak... that oil goes into the engine. SO.....

1) The oil in the tank has to be an API-TC oil, because "motor" oil will destroy the engine.
2) The seals in the RV section are designed to be used with 2-stroke oil... not "Motor" oil.
3) 2-stroke oil is thin
4) "Motor" oil has sulpher in it... and it WILL eat yellow metals. Your RV section has a brass gear, and the oil could destroy it.

SO... drain the system... clean it out VERY well... and re fill it with an API-TC oil.

Lastly... even if you are pre-mixing... you still need to use an API-TC oil. If you are using a TC-w3 "Out board Engine" oil... it can be causing your problems.

ok yeah, we are just going to connect the two rv hoses with some oil in them and totally disconnect the oil tank. supposedly the oil block off was installed, but obviously not correctly. and the premix oil that i use is Maxima caster 927.

Leave the tank in it, with the proper oil. (for safety)

927 isn't an approved seadoo oil... BUT, from personal experience... it a very good oil. I raced SCORE for about 6 years, and never lost an engine on 927. (Smells good too)

dr honda, yes it smells awsome, keeps a clean engine as well. yeah im going to go ahead and leave the tank in it and just run the lines to the rv. i have heard it go both ways, but you can keep a little more oil in the tank to be safe, than just putting some in the lines. im pretty sure that is what wrong with the ski all together (im hoping). It had some type of oil in the tank already but not sure what kind of oil. and they had it hooked up wrong. and I dont know exactly why they went with the block off so im just going to keep going with the premix to be on the safe side since its a 91. in the start of this whole thing i couldnt figure out why i kept getting so much oil in the cylinders and it will idle and has a little bit of throttle, but it would never run faster than 5 to 10 mph and hardly any rpms. i kept thinking it was the carbs, but adjusting them didnt do much. but then we figured out it was still shooting oil into the cylinders! well im crossing my fingers that we are going to be able to ride it tomorrow.
