Finished bleeding the oil hose for air and started to put the screw back in and it has snapped off 3/4 of the way in....
It hasnt got any screw sticking out of the housing.
What are my options? Am i able to put a slight cut with a hacksaw blade to use a common screwdriver to get it out...?
What would happen if i left it??
Any suggestions would be helpfull

You could do that or use small punch and tap the outer side of the screw till it turns out. Just be careful not to hit it too hard and cause more damage. Take your time and be patience.

So the large hex head of the screw isnt actually what seals the hole? so sawing through the housing a touch will not cause any further problems?
