I doubt that you are going to find OEM decals, however there are a couple of different options, Dr Honda or Jetskidetailing.com.

Ok. Just pulled my bright pink xp and bombardier stickers off. Don't like the solid yellow look

The SeaDoo below the rail is easy, and that will be $35 for the pr (black and yellow) as far as the "Similar to oem on 97 xp?" I can't print graphics... I can only cut them. So, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for.
