Now water from pisser when on lake

Depends what your driving. Some 720's only put out a bit when your going at a decent speed.
If your driving a GSX like your handle says. Then yes your supposed to have some coming out at all times. Even at idle mine will give me some and there is a good stream at speed.
Also mine has buggs in it every time it comes out of storrage.
But You should disconnect all the cooling lines that that pisser is connected to and blow them out both ways while they are disconnected.
You will find a bug nest somewhere
Or maybe some sand and gravel blocking things up.

Put it this way. I can reach around the back and warm my hands up at idle most of the time but that was when it was new with new lines. Now it takes a bit of revs to get the same stream.

A little background.. The hose connection is a "Backflush" system. Meaning that the water runs backwards and not through all the same passages as the normal cooling water which is supplied by the jet pump. There is an elbow that gets plugged often and stops the normal flow of the water from exiting the "pisser".. I believe that in most cases, if you follow from the hose connection you will come to a T or an Elbow that is a shared connection from the Back flush and the normal cooling water. Remove it and clean it.

Are you talking about the T that connects to the water tank?.....if someone can send me a picture that would be great.....sorry I'm new to the seadoo world. : )

Best thing to do is download a service manual and look at the cooling diagram. Its in color too! it show's all the connection and how the water flow's
Just google your year and make seadoo manual and it comes up. You'd be amazed at the stuff you'll learn from that.
You could just pull one line off at a time and see if they are plugged when you blown in them.
The way its supposed to work is that water coming in goes to the bottom line on the head. After that it exits the head through the forward hose and goes into the pipe. From there it goes through the outer jacket of the pipe and the pisser is taped off of that. You'll find that line coming from the pisser will go to that elbow. From there the water goes through the exhaust manifold and then into the cylinder's water jacket and then up through the head and then out through that flush port you would plug the hose into.
There is also another line under the cylinders that lets the water drain out and that is connected to the tip of the exhaust where it exits the hull
For you to not have water coming out of the pisser it could mean that there is no water moving at all :S
or that there is a blockage on the input or exit on the head and It could also be just that some sand has gotten through far enough and blocked up the elbow fitting.

Hi Michael
Did you get yours fixed? Same this has happened to me. Though I think it's been something that was in the water was running it with its back end in a pool. It was working to begin with and then stopped. So i'll try the above but it would be good to know what fixed yours?

Yes mine is fixed, what I did was I blew out the "T" near the water box, was full of crud. : )
Very common issue. That is why you should flush your ski every now and then even if you ride in fresh water. The FLUSH adapter is exactly that. The water runs in reverse and flushes the lines.
