No spark on 97 seadoo xp

I have no spark , engine turns over fine - checked yellow wire from coil to mpem, no power. Could the mpem be my problem or does the stator power the coil and runs through the mpem to coil?

do you have an 800 engine? (you should)

OK... on the 800 engine... the CDI is powered by the stator coils, and the yellow wire from the MPEM is just a data line.

First... what beeps are you getting when you plug in your lanyard? (both in standard mode, and in advanced mode)
