110 hp challanger 1997 new wear ring boat cranks idles fine revs good in neutral.takes throtle all at once,has no power,low rpms,,,,sometimes when it is slow to go the rpms turn up and it will plain out and as soon as it does the rpms drop and it struggles to go..if you turn to the right the rpms will increase and when you go straight again it drops rpms ...plugs look great...chainging them does not help could this be a rave problem?i have cleaned them...please help before i sink this thing and walk away!!!

Sounds like the fuel line problem to me. Are they the original grey fuel lines? If so thats an easy fix.

rave adjustment? in or out makes more bottom end power???could this be the problem

I seriously doubt the RAVE vales are the problem, when they are out of adjustment or dirty, the difference in performace is very monir, more like a nagging annoyance. This sounds more serious. Have you been through the carbs lately?

when the power comes in it gets up then falls on its face,then you stop give it gas and it just has no power .while its going sometimes it jumps up in rpms and sometimes it will not turn up for nothing
