No power

Hello, I have a 98 Sea Doo GTX LTD. When I put the key on nothing happens, when the key is off, nothing will happen no beeps, nothing. Also, replaced the post because I was told that was the issue(it wasn’t). I believe either A) my computer is bad or B) it isn’t getting any power. I can’t read a wiring diagram to save my life and need to know what brings power to the computer and how to test it to see if it is receiving power.

Yes, all fuses are good.
