No power??

Hello All:
New to the board but always been a reader. I just pulled my 96 sea doo xp out of storage after 5 yrsand I only have about 70 hours on it. Bought a new battery and tried to fire it up no luck. I have no indication on the guages but tested the battery with my other ski (its good). Read through a bunch of these threads and:
1. fuses are good
2. connections seem solid

Without seeing any power on the display, what should i be looking for. Trying to save the $500 at the dealer....Any help is appreciated and thanks!

on a '96 check if you have 2 black ground wires going to the battery, (the primary ground plus a small ground from the elec box). if so make sure both are connected to the battery.

I do have the small ground and the main ground into the battery but still no luck. It seems that one of the 15AMP fuses in the rear elec box is sorta corroded so I am going to switch that one out and see whats up. More to come and thanks a ton for the reply.
