no fuel

i have a 98 gti with no fuel to carb have rebuilt pump changed fuel lines and pickup screen any hints

Fuel Selector

Did you replace the fuel selector. You can bypass the selector by taking the center fuel line and connect it directly to the reserve on the fuel baffel.

Also check the main fuel filter.

Added: Did you clean or replace the carb. fuel filters?

Did you verify that you have the fuel line connected to the Fuel Inlet Nipple on the carb? I made this mistake this weekend and couldn't get the ski to start. I crossed to hoses and had them connected to the wrong carb nipples. You should have 3 carb nipples, Fuel line from the main fuel filter to the Fuel Inlet Nipple, Pulse nipple to the engine, and the Return Fuel line nipple to the Fuel Pump.
