No fuel in filter

Pulled filter to check for clean. Was full of gas and clean, now will not refill. Am I possibly looking at blocked lines or a fuel pump/rails/compressor?? issue.

Went through system last season and had her running well. Replaced DSS post yesterday ,hoped that was my only bad. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Figured I'd ask before I went all Basil Fawlty on it. :banghead:
