Hi everyone,
I'm the proud new owner of a 2002 Sea Doo GTX that my wife's parents gave to us. They've owned it since new but once the kids moved out of the house it didn't get much use. It's been sitting for about a year and it looks like it has the fairly common problem of a gauge cluster failure. I would like to know:
Since the wave runner has been sitting for a while I would like to change the oil and maybe shoot some oil in the cylinders before I try to start it. Being a boat/car guy and not much of a waverunner guy, is there anything else I should replace before giving it a start? Any sort of filters or impeller or anything I should know of?
Thanks for the help!

- Is their any way to recover the amount of hours on this ski
- What year/model clusters are interchangeable with this one
- Can I change the hours on the new/used cluster to match the old
