Morning everyone,
Just some pictures of the toys and a couple mods.
Im just about to start a rebuild on the GTX and thought id document the build for anyone that's interested.

Welcome to the forum. What year is your GTX? I'm guessing 2000, which would be a 2-stroke. Not sure what that 3rd photo is. You may want to post the progress of this in the PWC section of the forum. Good luck.

2000 is correct and the third photo is a custom stainless steel exhaust that removes both resonators

Wow..... It looks like something off of a 4-stroke. Never seen one like that on a 2-stroke. Let us know how it runs.

It hasn't missed a beat for about 5 years with the exhaust mod El Toro.
Reasons of the mod:
Removes the risk of the exhaust joints failing and the ski stalling then filling up with water. Seen it happen its not pretty...!!
There is slight power gain as its shorter and free flowing
Better access to the battery as they is no resinator above it
The ski sounding allot better also
