new and confused, any ideas?

Just got my rxt 260 winterized last year, dropped it in the water ran for about 5 min ......now it just turns over but wont start, changed the gas , plugs, oil,battery but no luck only turns over..
I get 2 beeps all seems to be normal? any ideas on what to do. thanks for any help out there....

Could be a carb problem? Maybe needs a clean or mixture issue with the oil?

The 260 engine is only available in an injected configuration. No carbs..

You need to isolate out the issue. Test for spark first as that is easy. If you have good spark, pull a plug and put a small amount of gas into the cylinder. See if it coughs. If so, you have a fuel issue. Check fuses as you may have a bad fuse for the fuel pump for example.
