Assuming you meant 1994?
We need more info on which models you have. Take pictures and post them or go to the rear of the machine on the outside there might still be a sticker with a 4 digit number starting with 58, the last two digits will identify the model.
What kind of condition are the machines in? Have they been cared for or abused? When was the last time they ran?
Quick basics.
1 - Make sure you have a good, fully charged, battery. NEVER jump start, charge or boost the battery if it is hooked up to the machine or you can damage the mpem "brain". Always unhook the battery to charge it and only use the charged battery to power things up.
2 - Do a compression check on each machine, let us know what you find.
3 - Do a quick spark check. Pull the plugs out, hook up the wires, lay the plug on bare metal of the motor and hit the starter with the tether cord on, you should see spark. Don't be holding onto the plug or plug wire when you do this or you could get a good shock.
4 - Make sure you have good gas in the tank, fuel selector set to on.
Lots of help here so tell us what you can.
