It starts and runs but had loss of power last time out on the water. Has spark in both cylinders but its like its only running on one.
A friend of mine is selling it i wonder if i should stay away.
It's hard to say. If it's cheap, and you want it... buy it.
As far as the loss of power... could be fuel, electrical, or it may just need a new engine. (rebuild) without more info, we really can't give you an answer.
