Another advantage to the ski pylon is that the spotter has a better place to hold on especially at launch. My factory ski pylons also have a strap to hold the rope for when it is not in use.

well... i got some news for this thread...

didn't being on the water as much as i wish in my first noob year.... let say i tried 3 times to get up on my wakeboard and finally i did it..!!!!

im not sure if ski pylon can do a better job, but SKI EYE work perfect... anyway, here are some facts:

Body Shape:
1.60m (5'5")
90 kgm (180LB)
using a 43" Obrien wakeboard
60' tow rope (i will reduce it to 40' next time i try)
speed 15 mph + - for beginners i believe...

went up for about 3 minutes each time i got up :thumbsup:

that looks like a great time.. glad you enjoyed it..

i love that trailer too.. becareful with the icatch i heard horror stories about the rollers digging into the hull destroying hulls.

is it me or does that guy still have christmas lights up in july ?? :cool:

yeah... i did my research about the Icatch issues... specially the 2010 (the one that i have)...

* fixed the release cable (use to break after a few pulls)
* added the steel safety cable
* and i never move it without my retractable safety straps.

and yes... neighbors seems to be a little bit OFF about summer seasons...
