need help with my 2004 seadoo utopia 185

need help with my 2004 seadoo utopia 185 been in the shop for about a year
every thing is new engine only three injctors we keept and changed the others
when we took it out it will not go more than 30 mph at 5000 rpm
that is the max and will not go faster
when going around 10 to 15 mph at 2000 to 3000 it will back fire
please help

please help took it to the dealer
he told me its all good and will get better the engine is still new
but it will not go more than 30 mph at max rpm of 4000 to 4500
it used to go to 6000 rpm and about 50 mph
