Need help picking parts

I have a 97 challenger I'm looking to get good top end out of it what are some e-z ways to get max speed but still be able to pull the kids on a tube.

You really wont pick up max speed. They already squeeze the most out of these engines really. You could spend some money on mods, but you will only pick up a small amount and you will kill the reliability.
