Need help asap

Bought a brand new 2008 Seadoo Challenger in 2/10. On have 12 to 15 hours on boat. I was washing today and rolled under boat to give a good scrub and found a patch job ( a very bad patch job at that on the bottom about 12" long on one of the ribs) I just found tonight. The dealer I bought the boat from has been very hard to deal with so far on just a warranty tac replacement. When i got the boat there was glass all in the ski storage compartment when I ask them they said the window was broke when it arived at there shop and they replaced. Now I am thinking somthing else happened that mess up the bottom and broke the window. I am afraid they will claim I did the damage. Does anyone know how to aproach this or what i should do. Is there contact at seadoo that I can get in touch with to help me figure out what happened. O yea the dealer is 4 hour away from me.

That sux. But I would demand that the dealer take care of it. If they won't... go to SeaDoo corporate. If they don't do what you want... it's time to open a law suit.
 
Update

I got a hold of the dealer they have no idea how it got broke and patched. meeting with seadoo rep and dealer owner next week. I will keep you updated.
