Need a VTS Module?

Boot was bad when I bought the ski. Motor was in bad shape so I bought one. Still only clicked. Checked the fuse and it was blown. Put another 7.5 in, and it worked for a minute then blew the fuse. I think I need a new module.Is it the module? And if so, how hard is it to change?

I was thinking about using the trim fix found at thetrimfix.com. Has anyone used this or have any more info on it?

if this method works correctly
only thing is that the vts motor does not stop for the if self
you need watch the vts gauge to not over pass. up/down
