my $500 Ebay SPX

Just picked this up off Ebay for $500. Its a '96 SPX that had a SBT replacement motor installed 3 years ago and has around 10 hours on it. Needs some tlc, but runs awesome. The VTS rod is broken and the boot is shot. Pulled the fuel baffle to find out why the gauge isn't reading and found it needs a new float. Looking for suggestions on cheap parts for this beast.
