MY 2002 RX DI Dies With Any Amount of Throttle

I have a 2002 RX DI that idled to the 5 MPH bouy and died as soon as I gave it trottle. This issue repeated for about 15 min before I trailored the ski to the local Sea-Doo dealer. My local Sea Doo told me I needed to rebuild my top end due to water issues in the motor. They performed the job and I had the same issues after the $1500 rebuild. They repeated the rebuild and still didn't fix the issue. I have a $9,000 ski with 103 1/2 hours on it and no one can tell me why it wont run under throttle. When hooked up to a hose outside of water the ski seems to run okay. Replaced fuel and filter, oil and filter, new plugs, etc. Does anyone have any ideas on where to start since the only dealer in my area seems to be incompetant?

I am also getting a periodic MAINT code on the hud but don't want to take it to the dealer as they already have my money and haven't fixed $*#^. Anyway to get the code out? I am guessing it needs to be done by an auth dealer.
