Milky white Oil in Bottom of Rotary Valve Area

I am pulling top end on my 1997 Speedster port engine since I think it blew, however the piston and rings from an initial inspection seem to look just fine. Certainly not what I expected.

However, I pulled my intake manifold off and noticed a small amount of milky white oil resting in the bottom of the triangle shaped void. I will try to attach a picture.

I have an oil block off so I pre-mix and it looks like this is the section the injector hooks up to. Not sure what would cause this area to have water mix with the oil. Hopefully not some catastrophic bottom end failure...

I didn't pinch the line... I didn't know I was supposed to until i just read it somewhere... I have the head off and rotary valve cover and am going to pull the cylinders soon. Should I just flush the bottom end or what else needs to be done to clear any water that made its way in?

Flush the whole system and being that it sounds like you are doing a rebuild it shouldent be too hard. Anytime you get towed to must ppinch the water line to prevent water from entering the system or it will stay there. You should be ok though
