master link recall kit for timing chain

Anyone know the part number to the master link timing chain recall kit. I need to replace my timing chain. I notice that there is a recall on some chains (not mine) I can get the replacement chain prt# 420898940 but it requires you to pull the motor apart to replace. The master link kit allows you to do the same job without breaking down the motor. My dealer can't seem to find the kit.

This is not as easy to do as they describe it but you'll get it with some patience.
