After pulling the flywheel off my 97 Gtis, I found that my magneto stator was rubbing the flywheel, and likely overheated. For re-assembly, the manual says to use a magneto centering tool.
Since I don't have a centering tool, is there another way to get the magneto stator centered so it won't rub the flywheel again?
