Low RPMs

97 GTX will not go over 30 mph. Revs up when it gets there then drops back down. I just cleaned the gas lines and found there was greenish gunk where the selector switch was. Now the ski is also flashing Maint. What do I need to do to it?

Found out that selector switch is not working correctly either. The ski is from Florida and I'm in TN, is there a difference on how the carbs are set in TN from Florida? What type of fuel lines should I use, the grey lines are still on right now?

The gray lines are your problem. Change them out to black rubber fuel line, and clean the carbs. (they will be full of green goo too)

Do a quick search... there is a lot of talk about fuel lines right now.

Yeah I found the green gunk. What type of lines and sizes though. people talk about changing them but dont tell the size or anything.
