Low battery voltage on 2005 seadoo rxt

After about 25 minute riding low voltage light came on read it could be connection at 2 30 amps fuses remove them clean retested outs ok now outs there a fix for this wire harness. New fuses don't want to be stick on the water don't know what the voltage was but i bought a candoo scanner see of it show any thing

lol you are so right did this from my phone bad idea but basicly the battery message came up after 15 minutes google it and said 2 30 fuse was a place too look i remove the fuses look sean nothing wrong plug them back in and problem went away is there something i need to do so it does not do this again
 
If it solved your prob..cool...poor connections will keep you from getting a charge...resulting in low volt. However....the last time it's happened to me...I had to swap out the two red leads that feed those fuses. Somehow..again..on my ski...the wires had I dunno..week spots inside the insulation. I ended up running lines directly to the positive side of the battery to those two fuses....prob solved.

So....check everything. Get yourself a volt meter....check again.
