Loss of power

I have 3d 2005 RFI and it runs with no problem for some time.After it warms up the warning light turn on, the jet goes really slow (3000-3500RPM) and there is also a loud beep. When I turn it off for about 20mins it goes normally again for some minutes and then the same thing.

I've checked all the sensors, the fuel pressure, I've replaced plugs with new ones and the fuel injectors too.
Also the comptuter does not diagnoses anything.

You might need a new impeller in your pump. if it feels like its over heating.
The pump will not feed the engine sufficient water if its to far worn. check the wear ring also.
Have you done a compression check?

I think this was the problem on mine awhile back. Check the fuel pump filters top and bottom
