Looking to purchase 1st PWC need advice

I have sold one of my boats and am looking to purchase a used pwc, any advice on what to look for and what to avoid would be extremely helpful.

Avoid buying one that has bad compression in one cylinder!

If you find a real good deal on a non-running one, at least pull the plugs and look at them. If one has bent spots on it, you have a blowed motor!

Just a simple, and easy to spot big trouble fast.
