Looking for info, charity needed

My brother was in a very bad accident several years ago. He has pretty serious hand tremors that cause great difficulty in eating. Liftware Steady makes an electronic spoon with a fork adapter that helps to counteract hand tremors. I am looking for a company or organization that could donate this for him. It would roughly cost $234.

I can pay for this myself, but he and his wife don't like when I basically give them money.

Anyone have a good suggestion?

I can for sure. But if there was an organization it would be more desirable.

I can easily pay for this, just trying to avoid it as it is a "pride" thing for my brother. If it was from an organization then it would be openly accepted and not affect his pride.

Let's see if someone has another direction. If not. We can go from there.
