Jet pump failure: Carbon Seal?

I think my carbon seal is broken, can anyone tell me where it is and how to fix it?

Is that under the motor? Like would the motor have to be lifted to access that?

Right behind the motor. On the driveshaft. To service it you pull the pump and then driveshaft. BUT,,, remove the clip under the top hat looking thing (collar) before you pull the pump as you must pry the collar to get to the clip under it.
