Only 50 hours on my RXP. Pulled the plugs and they look good but I turn over the motor and it sounds horrible.. and the super charger is not spinning.. Yes the super charger was upgraded at 10 hrs.. Will know more next week.. :.(

When talking to my buddy he thinks the end of the crank shaft has snapped off... Anyone heard of this before??

Yeah... I know...engine is comming out Monday and I will have more news and photos too...

Nope... never heard of the cranks breaking in the new 4-tech engine. But it is common for the timing chain to break, or to drop a valve into the engine.

Sorry for the loss, but please let us know what happed. It helps us all learn.

Well I pulled the plugs looking for damage and they looked great so I don't think it dropped a valve.. Now the timing chain I'm not sure till we pull it. I might take the day off so I can be there to photo everything for you guys..

Well the SC went Nucler and overheated and bent the shaft also chewed up the fly wheel... I'm getting new valves for it while the engine is out and the SC rebuilt.
