Iso 96 gtx mpem

I'm a little puzzled here, the 96GSX and 96GTX both use the same MPEM, I happen to have a NOS in the box MPEM 278000897. It's a spare for my 96GSX. I don't have a spare Ebox.

The GTX is currently running on the GSX box or at least the box that came with a 96 donor GSX but not all the connection are the same so I can't hook up all the wires?

The GTX will have more connections because there are added accessories on the GTX, ie speedomenter, lake temp., compass, air temp. however the MPEM's should interchange. Just swap out the MPEM's.

My GTX was missing the Ebox when I got it so I need the GTX Ebox... I didn't know that the MPEMs were interchangeable from the GSX to GTX, so thank you for that information Lou! I guess I should change my ad to "ISO GTX Ebox... that should actually be an inexpensive used part?

Yup I do...they had some 96s that got the 97 MPEM in both the gsx and gtx.

I have both used and new oem in both types. Let me know if I can help.
