Is the juice worth the squeeze?

So I have a '15 GTI 155 Limited and I see that they sell the ski module that I can plug and play to add the launch control for towing, for about $135 ish I tow tubes and kneeboard every few weeks I know this isn't a need but it seems like a real + for convenience any thoughts on this?

You can program steps basically of how hard to go and what speed to stop at and it will calculate from there kinda like the cruise control does while moving to keep you at a set speed but this does it from a stop.

If you tow skiers and tubes and what not, it is certainly a usable tool. You basically floor the ski but it will only go to the speed it is programed at. If not, then not really that useful.

Could be a handy feature if your driver was.. ahem, inexperienced or simply incapable. Disclosure: Haven't tried one like that myself.
