Is the 787 engine the same as the 782?

Wondering if the 1997 Sea-Doo GTX jet ski (782) engine is the same as my 1997 Sea-doo Challenger jet boat (787) engine.

If someone could give me a differences explination, that would be greaaaaat...

If the gtx has rave valve then its the same as the 787 in your boat.

You hear them called several things. They are actually 781.6 CC, so I could see someone rouding up to a 782. Most people call them a 787 and some others call them an 800. they are all the same engine though.
