is putting a stereo in my pwc a smart idea?

i have a 99 gsx rfi and like to pull up at the sandbar and party but i have no tunes, i was thinking about putting a motorcycle stereo(since its small) with on marine speaker inside the cubby on the front of the ski but what would happen if i fliped it or rolled it over will it get wet and ruin? any suggestions, anything helps thanks

Several guys here have used little mini motorcycle amps that use a rca type input. They can be hidden away and you can use an ipod nano or shuffle to hold your music. Look around and there are some nice setups.
