Is it possible to repair an MPEM?

I have a 1999 GSX Limited and the mpem will only put out 286 millivolts to the PTO coil side but it puts out 10.8 volts to the Mag side. I was wondering if this could be repaired? Or just purchase a new one? This is one I purchased that was guaranteed to work???

Are you testing as it is connected, or unwired? U did'nt say?

Suggest you take it up with that seller.

I do not G electrical parts, don't know a dealer that does either. Maybe
of you have a buddy who might let you try his mpem.
